Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to cancel your order. Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately, which means cancellation is no longer an option.
Non-acceptance of parcels
If a parcel is delivered to your doorstep or left at a post office, Gam Jewelry has already covered the delivery costs. If the parcel is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from your refund.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely — we offer a 30-day return policy.
You may return any product for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
1. Register your return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@gam-jewelry.com. Our customer service team will send you a return confirmation as soon as possible.
2. Prepare your return shipment
Carefully pack the product you're returning, preferably in its original packaging. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by us.
3. Send your parcel
Send the package (with Track & Trace) to the return address provided in our email instructions.
4. Receive your refund
Once we receive your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded via your original payment method. Please ensure the item is in original and undamaged condition. Refunds are typically processed within two working days.
Received a defective product?
We’re sorry to hear that. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund the first time.
If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will fully refund your purchase.
Why can't beauty and health products be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including (but not limited to): underwear, bras, bikinis, makeup, hair styling tools, and beauty products. This is standard practice among suppliers in the beauty and health industry.
Parcel lost or returned unexpectedly?
If your parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we’ll first send a replacement before processing any refunds.
